Hester Norman Rankins, 55, of 105 Melonie Street, Edenton, died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, at Washington County Hospital, Plymouth. The family will be receiving friends at the home and also at home of her father, Haywood Norman, Sr., 763 Folly Road, Plymouth. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
