Maggie Speller Moore, 86, a resident of 368 George St., Belhaven, died Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at Vidant Pungo Hospital. The family will receive friends at the home of Willie and Rydia M. Spencer, 316 Duke St., Belhaven.
