Mr. Joshua Tayloe “J.T.” Woolard, Jr., age 71, a resident of 210 Juniper Dr., Washington, died Friday, March 29, 2013 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital.
Graveside services will be 11:00 am Monday April 1, 2013 at Pamlico Memorial Gardens and will be conducted by Pastor Ted Tankard.
Mr. Woolard was born in Pitt County on April 24, 1941 to the late Joshua Tayloe Woolard, Sr. and Marcella Swanner Woolard. On August 3, 1962 he married Nancy Irving Pugh who preceded him in death on June 17, 1996. He retired from National Spinning after many years of service and was a member of Harvest Church.
Mr. Woolard is survived by one son, John Woolard of Washington. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Reddin Woolard, Bobby Woolard and Jerry Woolard.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm Sunday, March 31, 2013 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
