Mrs. Hattie Belle Harris McKinney, 97, a resident of 6239 Terra Ceia Road, Pantego, died Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at her home. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 6, 2013, at Belhaven Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Fairfield.  The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2013, at Belhaven Missionary Baptist Church and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven.
