Mr. Samuel Stewart Taylor, 71, died Friday, April 5, 2013, at Ridgewood Manor, Washington. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at Biggs Funeral Chapel, Williamston, with pastor Chris Watkins and Onnie Warren officiating. Burial will follow at Martin Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today at Biggs Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements, and other times at the home.
