Mr. & Mrs. Spencer Gregg Stanley III of Washington, NC. are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ellen Taylor Stanley, to Kristopher Douglas Gorham, son of Ms. Cherie Fetch Gorham and Daniel Eugene Gorham of Stockton, CA. Miss Stanley is the granddaughter of Ellen Gravely “Dottie” Taylor and the late George W. “Buster” Taylor, Jr. of Washington, N.C. and the late Colonel and Mrs. Spencer Gregg Stanley, Jr. of Myrtle Beach, S.C. Mr. Gorham is the grandson of the late Stanley and June Fetch of Stockton, CA and the late Frank and Olive Gorham of Aptos, CA. A July wedding is planned at the North Carolina Arboretum in Asheville, N.C.
