Arbell Gardner Holliday, 94, of Colonial Heights, Va., died Friday, June 28, 2013. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2013, at the chapel at Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston, with the Revs. Jim Cooper and Elbert Lilley officiating. Burial follows in Martin Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday, July 1, 2013, at the funeral home, which is in charge of arrangements.
