On Friday June 28,2013 the Tyrrell County Sheriff’s Office arrested Terahin L. Blue 21, of Manteo and charged him with maintaining a vehicle for the sale of controlled substance and possession of less than 1/2 ounce marijuania. Also Marcus A. Logan 25, of Tyner was arrested and  charged with possession with intent to sell and deliever marijuania, possession of marijuania,  and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies seized a quarter pound of marijuania, 1745.00 US currency and a 2005 Chev. Impala. Blue was transported to Dare County Detention Center and Logan was transported to Washington County Detention Center. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop by the Highway Patrol for a window tint violation.
