Keith Norman Perry, 58, of 601 N. King St., Windsor, died Thursday, June 20, 2013, at his home. A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 20, 2013, at Walker Funeral Chapel. Burial follows later in the Southern Band Tuscarora Tribe Cemetery near Avoca. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
