Mrs. Rosa Lee Spruill Sutton, 72, of 103 Middle Lane, Plymouth, died Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at her home. The family is receiving friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
