Mr. James Harold Windley, formerly of Washington, died Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013, at the home of his daughter Michelle Harvey. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013, at Temple Of Jesus Christ in Washington. Burial will follow in Whitfield Cemetery. Visitation is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9, 2013, at L.R. Randolph Memorial Chapel and other times at the home of his daughter, 217B South Pointe Drive, Winterville.
