Mrs. Shirley McCloud O’Neal Harrington, 71, a resident of 1260 Old County Road, Belhaven, died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2013. A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013, at St. James Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, at 358 Old County Road, Belhaven.
