Mr. Willie Ray O’Pharrow of 516 Gates Ave, Brooklyn, N.Y., formerly of Beaufort County, N.C. died, Friday, Oct. 11, 2013, at Kings County Hospital Center Brooklyn, N.Y.

The family will receive friends at the home of his mother, Mrs. Helen O’Pharrow, at 110 Parkview Drive, Washington. Arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 West MLK Jr. Drive, Washington.
