Mrs. Peggy Evans White, 61, of 240 Pocosin Road, Windsor, died Thursday, Oct. 17, 2013, at Vidant Memorial Hospital, Greenville. A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, at Askewville Baptist Church with the Revs. Steven Moore, Freddie Harris and David Crumpler officiating. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, at the Askewville Baptist Family Life Center and at other times at the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
