Ms. Constance “Connie” Faye Baynor, 66, a resident of 23075 N.C. Highway 32 North, Plymouth, died Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013, at Vidant Pungo Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013, at Long Acre Chapel Christian Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
