Planning is underway with the River Town Christmas volunteer committee.  The tentative schedule for the December 5th  – 8th event is now ready and the community is encouraged to participate in one or more activities.

In the past, some events have included a Hispanic Celebration of the Holy Family Looking for Lodging, lighted boats at the Columbia Waterfront Dock, and a Live Nativity at Columbia Missionary Baptist Church.

A holiday concert by Columbia High School is tentatively scheduled by the Columbia High School at the Madge Van Horne Auditorium on Dec 8.

Below is a list of activities and committee contacts for more information.  Represent yourself, organization or business during the event whether in decorating, singing, baking, shopping, or participating in one of the parades. Make your plans today and join the committee in the River Town Christmas event countdown.
