Mr. Afton “Harry” Eugene Garrett, 83, of 437 Hoggard Mill Road, Windsor, died Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, at Edgewood Baptist Church with the Rev. Chris Lee officiating. Burial with military honors follows in Edgewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, 2013, at Walker Funeral Home and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
