Mr. Arthur Lee Smallwood, of 4470 U.S. Highway 17 North, Washington, died Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013, at his residence. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013, at Bonner Street Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens, Washington. Arrangements are by Bonner Street Funeral Home.
