There will be a celebration of life with military honors for Hugh Norton Boyd at 11:00 AM, today in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service, officiated by Mike Caton. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens. Christopher Boyd, Craig Boyd, Marlowe Johnson, Brian Moffitt, Michael Woolard and Rodney Woolard will serve as pallbearers. Flowers are welcome or memorial donations may be made to Rosemary Church of Christ Ladies Aid, 5226 Slatestone Rd., Washington, NC 27889 or Pinetown Rescue & EMS, 7262 N. Boyd Rd., Pinetown, NC 27865.
