Mr. Ralph Lavon Burgess, 38, of 5680 Sandy Ridge Drive, Washington, died Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013, A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014, at White Plains Ministries with Dr. Douglas Cogdell officiating. Burial follows in Macedonia Church’s cemetery. The family is receiving friends at the home. Arrangements are by Bonner Street Funeral Home, Washington.
