Mr. Phillip Thomas “Phil” Fleming, Sr., age 63, a resident of 1404 “B” Street, New Bern, died Monday, December 30, 2013 at Carolina East Medical Center in New Bern. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Fleming is survived by a daughter, Emma Yvonne Fleming of Aurora; two sons, Phillip Thomas Fleming, Jr. and his companion, Tiffany Leary of New Bern, Christopher Andrew Fleming, Sr. and his companion, Nina Wiseman of New Bern; five grandchildren, Drew, Sissy, Cole, Hannah, and Jacob and one brother, Robert Fleming of Washington.
