Zelma Seay McIntyre, 81, of Chocowinity, passed away Monday, Jan. 20, 2014, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. A memorial service will be conducted Thursday at 7 p.m. at the home of her daughter, Linda Cox, 164 Diamond C Road, Washington. Arrangements by Smith Funeral & Cremation Services.
