Betty Jean Kilgore Spruill, 79, of 2143 Levels Road, Columbia, died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014, at Cabin Swamp Church of Christ with Gregg Brookins officiating. Burial will follow in the church’s cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014, at Bryan Funeral Service, Columbia, which is in charge of arrangements.
