Daisy

Pink ears and a pink nose are only two of the adorable characteristics of this precious little girl. Daisy’s coat is medium in length, silky soft and white as snow.  Her big eyes are a deep golden-green and when she looks at you, it will melt your heart. About six months old, Daisy has her playful, kitten side, but also loves to be held and stroked. She has a very gentle and calm nature and she’s happy on your lap getting a lot of love. Daisy is waiting for her forever family and she is available through Saturday at the shelter.

Delilah

Who’s that behind those Foster Grants, (sunglasses)? It’s Delilah! Our 1-year-old, female American Pit Bull Terrier–mix. She came in as a stray, in poor condition and severely underweight. Over the past few weeks, the staff of the animal shelter has treated her wounds, and they have gotten her back to a healthy, 45-pound weight.  Delilah is ready for adoption to her forever home, but due to her previous life, she is not used to other dogs. She will be best in a home with and experienced handler who could help train her and teacher to start getting along with other dogs. She has a sweet, loving and playful disposition and is wonderful with people.

Delilah is available through Saturday at the shelter.
