Mrs. Hattie Estelle Guion Foskey, 90, a resident of 892 Idalia Road, Aurora, died Friday, Feb. 7, 2014. The family is receiving friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
