PAUL TINE | CONTRIBUTED TINE TIME: Rep. Paul Tine was joined by his wife, Whitney, Monday as he filed for re-election at the Dare County Board of Elections in Manteo. Tine currently serves in the North Carolina General Assembly as the representative for House District 6, which covers Dare, Hyde, and Washington counties, and part of Beaufort County. “I am proud to serve the people of Eastern North Carolina, and I look forward to continuing my work to promote job growth, invest in transportation, improve education, and ensure that the voice of our rural areas is heard in Raleigh. We've made some progress, but there's still a long way to go, and I remain dedicated to creating an environment where jobs can grow in the district,” Tine said.
