Christine Blount Spruill, of the 1000 block of U.S. Highway 64 East, died Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014, at Washington County Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22,2014, at St. John Missionary Baptist Church. Arrangements are by Rowsom Funeral Home, Columbia.
