Viola Patrick Brickhouse, 91, of 5811 Soundside Road, Columbia, died Monday, Feb. 24, 2014, at Winslow Memorial Home, Elizabeth City. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014, at Soundside Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Royce Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in the church’s cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2014, at the church. Arrangements are by Bryan Funeral Service, Columbia Chapel.
