Mr. Robert Owen Potter, 56, of 10662 N.C. Highway 32 North, Washington, died at his home, Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014. A funeral will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014, at the Washington Assembly of God. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are by Jimmy D. Sawyer, funeral director licensee.
