Mrs. Rosa Lee Foreman Paul, 91, a resident of 9716 N.C. Highway 99 South, Bath, died Thursday, March 20, 2014, at her home. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 23, 2014, at North Creek Primitive Baptist Church’s cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
