Tom Atkins, general manager and Cindy Taylor, broker-in-charge of The Rich Company’s downtown Washington office, recently presented the 2013 annual awards for The Rich Company’s downtown office.

Georgia Anne Atkins earned the Top Gun Award. This award is presented to the Realtor that led the Downtown office in residential sales and listings.

“Georgia Anne had a great year and she worked hard to achieve this accomplishment.  She is dedicated to serving her customers and her experience in real estate has paid off,” Tom Atkins said.

Georgia Anne was also presented with the President’s Award for 2013. This award is presented to the realtor with the highest percentage increase in sales and listing volume for the year in residential real estate for the downtown office.

“Georgia Anne has been with The Rich Company since 2005 and has consistently been a top producer. We are proud to have her on our team,” Tom Atkins said.
