MORE BOOKS!: S.W. Snowden Elementary School was the proud recipient of a $5,000 Laura Bush Grant this year. The grant funds went to supply 135 titles that support the Common Core curriculum in grades kindergarten through second grade, 103 titles that addressed deficits in the non-fiction section for grades third to eighth and 26 titles that were used with Battle of the Books.
