The Belhaven Chamber of Commerce will host its annual awards banquet on Thursday, featuring North Carolina Secretary of Commerce, Sharon Decker as its guest speaker.

The gala event, opening its doors at 6 p.m. for the social hour, will also feature live entertainment from Randy Hignite. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m.

The Chamber will announce the winners of its Outstanding Citizen Award, Jr. Citizen Award and Business of the Year.

Decker, having more than 30 years of experience in business and commerce to her position, will address the audience.

Tickets are available from the banquet’s board members or at the Chamber office. Tickets prices are $30 per person.
