A funeral service for Lt. Col. James William Ryan, (U.S.A.F. retired) will be held at 3 p.m. today at the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory.  The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
