On Thurday May 1st Deputies with the Tyrrell County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search of a residence on in Tyrrell County. Deputies seized marijuania, pills, eight firearms including handguns, shotguns and rifles and drug parapernalia. As a result Rudolph Collins 76, of Columbia was arrested for  felony possession of schedule VI controlled substance, felony possession with intent to sell and deliever schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling for the sale of controlled substance, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Collins was placed in the Washington County Detention Center on 20,500 secured bond.
