On Wednesday May 7th Deputies with the Tyrrell County Sheriff’s Office
conducted a search of a vehicle and residence in Tyrrell County. Deputies
seized marijuania, almost one pound of synthetic marijuania, drug
paraphernalia and a handgun. As a result  William Barry Roulac 52, of
Columbia was arrested and charged with with felony possession of synthetic
cannabinoid, felony possession with intent to sell and deliever synthetic
cannabinoid, felony trafficking synthetic cannabinoid, possession of a
firearm by a convicted felon,possession of drug paraphernalia.
