Charney Hoggard Jr., 84, of 1120 Broad St., Windsor, died Sunday, May 11, 2014, at his home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 15, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Edgewood Baptist Church by Rev. Chris Lee and Rev. J. N. Baggett. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday May 14, 2014, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home and from the home at other times.  Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home is serving the Hoggard family.
