A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate the life of Mary Thomas “Tommie” Stowe Mullikin, 86, of Camden, SC, will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Camden, SC at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, May 17, 2014. Father Paul Bremninkmeijer will officiate. The Rite of Committal will follow in Quaker Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited at 6:00 PM on Friday, May 16, 2014 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel. Mary Thomas “Tommie” Stowe Mullikin, widow of Charles Francis Mullikin, died Thursday, May 15, 2014. She was born in Washington, NC, the daughter of the late Lida Thompson Stowe and William Thomas Stowe. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

Tommie is survived by her children, Cam Mullikin (Susan) of Camden, SC, Peggy M. Kinney (Eddie) of Sumter, SC, Mary Pat M. Kornegay (Johnny) of Camden, SC, Thomas S. Mullikin (Virginia Ann) of Camden, SC, and Liza M. Pickett (Mark) of Albany, GA; and her grandchildren, Cortney K. Seeby (Chris) of Lexington, SC, Will Kinney (Caroline) of Columbia, SC, Thompson Kinney (Ashley) of Columbia, SC, Mollie Kinney of Columbia, SC, Anna Crew Kinney of Sumter, SC, Luke Reuwer of Sumter, SC, Mary Elizabeth M. Van Horn (James) of Camden, SC, Alex M. Tomlinson (Brant) of Camden, SC, Thomas Mullikin of Camden, SC, Charlie Mullikin of Camden, SC, Johnny Kornegay of Camden, SC, Reesie Kornegay of Camden, SC, Mary Thomas Pickett of Albany, GA, Sally Pickett of Albany, GA, Mills Pickett of Albany, GA, Bo Pickett of Albany, GA, and 4 great-grandchildren Frankie, Braxton, and Lil Seeby of Lexington, SC and Charles Kinney of Columbia, SC.

Besides her husband and parents, Tommie was predeceased by her sister, Nellie Rue Stowe and her brother, William “Bud” Thompson Stowe.
