STAR SPANGLED BANNERS: Rebecca Clark from Little Shoppes helps Jaki Kennedy and Beth Byrd from the Washington Harbor District Alliance hang bunting on the music pavilion in Festival Park for the 4th of July. Little Shoppes & South Market Antiques donated the funding for the purchase of the bunting through donations made from the purchase of books through the charity bookstore they house in the back of their shops.
