Eastern Elementary learn about the life cycle of monarch butterflies

EASTERN ELEMENTARY | CONTRIBUTED SPROUTING WINGS: Students in Jennifer Williams' Pre-Kindergarten class at Eastern Elementary School have been learning about the life cycle of monarch butterflies. They have observed caterpillars in the classroom and in their natural habitat. After the caterpillar formed a chrysalis and became a butterfly, the class was able to release the butterfly into the school's flower garden.
