William Paul “Billy” Livingston, 36, of Roper died Friday, October 31, 2014 at his parent’s residence in Roper. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Oak Grove Baptist Church, Roper.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 from 12:30 to 1:30 pm at Oak Grove Baptist Church and other times at his parent’s residence.
