Joseph “Joey” Raleigh Hoggard, Jr. died Sunday November 9, 2014 at Duke Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Wednesday November 12, 2014 at 10:30 AM at Ross Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Ross Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 PM Tuesday November 11^th at Walker Funeral Home and at other times from the home of his parents at 1110 Bull Hill Road. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor is serving the Hoggard family.
