Tom Atkins, broker-in-charge and general manager of The Rich Company, announces that Cindy Taylor has been appointed the broker-in-charge of The Rich Company’s office at 423 Carteret St. in historic Bath.

Taylor has been in real estate for 10 years. She really enjoys working with buyers and sellers. She takes a lot of pride in what she does and works hard matching sellers and buyers as quickly as possible. With her buyers, she works equally as hard to find that special property that meets their criteria. Her new motto is: “I am ready, willing and able.” Meaning, she is ready to start working with you today to get your property listed, or help you find that special home or lot, willing to give that extra time to do research and investigate any issues that arise to get her clients to the final goal, which is to close on the property. Taylor feels she is able to handle the sometimes unique circumstances and overcome those obstacles that challenge each and every realtor in today’s market.

Taylor lives near historic Bath with her husband of 42 years. She graduated from Bath High School and received her business degree from the local college. Cindy has lived in Bath most of her adult life, and feels confident about the knowledge she has of Bath and surrounding area properties.
