CELEBRATION OF LIFE: November is National Hospice Awareness Month and Community Hospice would like to honor our patients and families with a Celebration of Life Memorial Service. This is a time for us to honor you and the memory of your loved one. All in the community are welcome. The service will be held outside in the gazebo at Festival Park downtown Washington. Please see attached for details. We will have light refreshments, a lantern release as well as music and social time. Hosted by the staff of Community Hospice, led by our Chaplain Davin Phillips, it would be our pleasure if you would join us for this special time.
