Leona Whichard Cherry 93 of 3833 Cecil Street, died Sunday November 23, 2014 at Vidant Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Wednesday November 26, 2014 at 12:00 Noon at the Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church by Rev. Timothy Bowen.  Burial will follow in the Bethel Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Wednesday November 26th from 11-12 Noon at the church before the service. Walker’s Ayres Chapel of Bethel is serving the Cherry family.
