Evy Lee Spencer Foreman, 91, of 218 North Cambridge St., Hubert, NC, died Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Premier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jacksonville. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm., Sunday, February 1, 2015 at Bryan Funeral Service Swan Quarter. Burial will follow at the family plot in the Spencer family cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are by Bryan Funeral Service.
