Mr. and Mrs. Phillip John Perkinson of Washington are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Rachel Allen, to Collin John Haggerty, both of Greenville.

Collin is the son of  Ms. Patricia Jones Haggerty, of Nashville, and Mr. John Charles Haggerty of Elm City.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, May 16, 2015, in Washington Park.
