Jamie and Shauna Byers are pleased to announce the birth of their first child- a daughter, Lida Blaise. Lida Blaise arrived at 12:09 am on February 18, 2015 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. She weighed 6 pounds, 14.8 ounces and measured 19.5 inches long.

Maternal grandparents include Bob Arsenault of Grimesland and the late Lida Inez Baker.

Paternal grandparents include Melanie and Tim Byers of Emporia, VA.

Maternal great-grandparents include Patricia Arsenault, Bill and Gladys Baker, the late Jo Nunziatta, and the late Alfred Arsenault.

Paternal great-grandparents include Bonnie
Allen Jenkins, Peggy Byers, the late Joe Jenkins, and the late Gene Byers.

Lida Blaise is also greeted with love by her Aunt Lexie Arsenault, Aunt Kimberly Byers, and Uncle Michael Byers.
