Mr. Henry Biggs, 85, of 3805 Williams St., Newport News, Va., died Saturday, April 18, 2015. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2015, in the Biggs-Brown Chapel of Mercedes’ Funeral Mansion, Williamston, with Elder Aishah Khursheed and Elder Dr. Betty J. Moore officiating. Burial follows at Rodgers Cemetery, Williamston. Arrangements are by Mercedes’ Funeral Mansion and Cremation of Williamston.
