Joyce Lazenby Ross, 79, of Washington, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2015, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. She was married to William A. Ross Sr., who preceded her in death in February 1990. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Sunday at Unity Christian Church of Christ on River Road in Washington.
